It is 9pm on the Peninsula. The engineers are still on site, the residents are just getting home, and the nearest 99 Ranch closed an hour ago. The snack run should not require a car, so we moved the snacks to the building.
We make money when people buy noodles. The building pays nothing, does nothing, and gets an amenity it can put on a tour.

Every fridge starts konbini-classic, then retunes monthly from what actually sells and what tenants request.

The commission is small and stated up front. The amenity is the reason to say yes.
